Department description:

Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) is a Capgemini department that comprehensively implements end-to-end projects from business specification, through software development, implementation, to application maintenance using leading IT technologies and management methods.


We reach for solutions in the field of DevOps, SRE, Low-Code, broadly understood automation and AI.


The complexity and diversity of solutions allows, on the one hand, to build close relationships with clients on various levels, and on the other hand, employees have the opportunity to develop in a wide range of career paths. Our development teams are highly self-organizing and independent, capable in Agile Process and Lean Software Engineering practices.

Your daily tasks:

  • development and co-creation of applications and IT systems in accordance with the needs of our clients,
  • work on software mainly based on the higher-level programming language (Python), modern technologies, tools, methodologies, and good software engineering practices,
  • development of interpersonal communication skills in an international team,
  • participation in non-project tasks such as Mentoring Program, Communities).

Our expectations:

  • activity and independence in action,
  • analytical, organizational, and time management skills,
  • at least the fourth semester of science major studies (computer science, mathematics, physics),
  • knowledge of a programming language that supports various programming paradigms: object-oriented, imperative, and functional (Python),
