Department description:

The Capgemini Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands as well as public organizations to understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following “Customer-First” approach to address both organization and customer needs. Our teams of developers are responsible for end to end enterprise application development process using various the newest technologies in mobile area. They are highly independent, capable in Agile Process and Lean Software Engineering practices. In our daily work we cultivate good communication and culture of feedback. Your daily tasks:

  • Shaping business processes based on the Microsoft’s low-code platform Power Platform;
  • application testing;
  • development and preparation of integrations and migrations;
  • development of modern applications based on proven design patterns;
  • cooperation in the project team;
  • technical documentation creation.

Our expectations:

  • Problem solving skills (preferred technical degree);
  • basic knowledge of programming;
  • basic knowledge of databases;
  • knowledge of Agile methodologies;
  • the ability to gather business requirements;
  • interest in new technologies and software;
  • at least 2 years of experience in IT;
  • good command of English (German would be a great advantage).
