Digital Customer Experience Practice (DCX) is focused on technological aspects of the interaction between users and IT systems. We work in domain like Immersive, User Experience & Interaction, Design Thinking, Augmented & Virtual Reality, Commerce, Marketing, Sales. From technology perspective we work with Salesforce, Pega, MS Dynamics, Front-end (Angular, React), Mobile (iOS, Android) and others. Geographically, we work mostly with colleagues and customers from Germany, UK, the Netherlands, and Nordics countries.
We are looking for a Senior IT Manager to join our team and help us develop our practice further.
Your daily tasks:
- Business Management – you will be responsible for business management in dedicated area (technology/domain/country). You will develop business strategy and work with different colleagues from Poland and other countries on its implementation;
- Bid and Project Management – you will be involved in bid preparations and project delivery. You will ensure that DCX Practice projects are delivered within the scope, in time & budget and with appropriate quality;
- Overall IT Management – you will drive different management initiatives to develop DCX Practice;
- People Leadership – you will manage and further develop a team of 50+ employees (inc. People Managers).
Our expectations:
- 7+ years of managerial experience in international organization;
- proof of record in successful software delivery with different project types: T&M, fixed price, managed service;
- business development experience in international organization;
- experience in bid preparations and direct cooperation with end customers;
- knowledge how to build and lead high performing, cross-functional teams (as project leader and line manager);
- relationship building with different level stakeholders (from line managers to executive level);
- experience in discovering talented individuals, motivate, and empower people to assure continuous improvement;
- result oriented personality;
- fluent English (German would be a significant advantage).
