Department description:
The SAP Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect in the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S / 4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems.
Our architects and senior consultants take part in the big process and designing IT solutions for our customer
We deliver the projects in the strict cooperation with SAP Technology Department and other SAP and non-SAP practices in different countries, especially in Germany.
Capgemini project portfolio covers all industries whereas we focus mainly on big, international customers.
Your daily tasks:
- working in O2C Team (Order to Cash) and providing consulting support for international clients
in area of the SAP SD module, - analyzing and resolving customer change requests, incidents
- suggesting, preparing, and implementing new solutions and functionalities
- creating necessary project documentation for own solutions, business processes and specifications for developers,
- working with international teams

Our expectation:
- at least 5 years of experience in SAP application customer support or you participated in implementation projects and in active configuration of SAP SD,
- knows business processes in area of sales and logistics,
- speaks English fluently,
- knows one of SAP SD or SAP CS modules and have experience with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA,
- knows basic connections to other SAP modules like MM, WM, FI-CO,
- is proactive in finding new solutions and achieving your goals,
- has a university degree,
- is open for new technologies and SAP solution,
- speaks German communicatively (as a plus)
