Department description:
Join our H2R team as a Workday Consultant in the Package Based Services (PBS) area and help us to shape and optimize HR processes for our clients using Workday. Working together with the team, you'll ensure that customer requirements are met promptly and efficiently.

Your daily tasks:
- You will assist in advising on Workday and in the implementation, support, and further development of Workday solutions, which includes readiness workshops, process workshops, configuration, testing, etc. - everything that is on the agenda in this context;
- you will help clients optimize their Workday processes and provide improvement suggestions;
- you will conduct training sessions and offer support on processes and functions;
- in collaboration with the team, you will identify and resolve technical issues.

Our expectations:
- Minimum completed bachelor's degree, e.g., in Computer Science, Psychology, HR Management, or another relevant field;
- initial knowledge of HR processes and HR systems, with a focus on Workday;
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as teamwork ability;
- excellent communication skills in English;
- german language skills will be considered as an added advantage;
- willingness to travel is required.
