What will you do with us?

  • Be responsible for organizing customer visits, internal meetings, and events,
  • prepare presentations for internal and external meetings,
  • organize and active participate (if applicable) in department, project and company meetings,
  • coordinate internal processes;
  • support new joiners’ onboarding,
  • support other employees in their daily work,
  • cooperate with internal and external suppliers (hotels, catering companies) and take care of relationships with suppliers,
  • settle costs related of business meetings and events,
  • managing managers’ calendars and set up meetings,
  • organize and settle business trips of the supervisor,
  • prepare reports and analyzes for departments / heads / management.

  • you have completed higher degree education,
  • you want to work full-time,
  • you speak fluent English (written and spoken),
  • you speak fluent Polish;
  • good command of German (A2) is a plus,
  • you have practical knowledge in the MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint),
  • you have strong organizational and analytical skills as well as “can do” attitude,
  • you are communicative, proactive, quick thinker and a team player,
  • you have outstanding organizational and time management skills,
  • you can take care of discretion and confidentiality,
  • you are a responsible person,
  • work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role will be appreciated.
