What will you do with us?

  • administrate and support modern CRM Cloud Solution (Salesforce) for external customer,
  • systems setup adjusted to individual needs and customer reports,
  • platform and data transfer monitor, error analysis and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) creation,
  • incidents & Service Requests execution,
  • reports management, third-line support teams and platform supplier (Salesforce) cooperation in accordance with the procedure.

We are looking for you, if:

  • have previously experienced working with IT systems and/or ticket service systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy etc.),
  • worked with salesforce.com platform, know it well and can administer it (Salesforce certificate would be a great advantage),
  • have previous experience in the field of CRM/ERP class systems administration and configuration,
  • are fluent in both German and English,
  • Java knowledge would be a great advantage.
