Capgemini is developing a new technology center in Gdańsk!

Our innovative Agile Delivery Center (ADCenter), in which teams work in the Agile / DevOps approach and together with clients decide on the direction of development of IT systems. We are building our new branch in the spirit of Agile values, also outside of projects - with openness and the possibility of creating this place together.

We develop tailor-made software for international clients located in Europe (Germany, Scandinavia). We work in sectors such as automotive, logistics and telecommunications.

What will you do:

  • manage IT projects across complete Software Development Lifecycle,
  • take responsibility for project budget, scope and schedule,
  • negotiate with customers and our partners to ensure win-win collaboration and delivery excellence,
  • develop relationship with executive and board level stakeholders, not limited to steering committees only,
  • discover talented individuals, motivate, and empower people to assure continuous improvement,
  • build high performing, cross-functional teams as project leader and line manager,
  • lead recruitment to hire best talent and stay ahead of competitors.

We are looking for you, if:

  • you have more than 5 years experience as Project Manager or Program Manager on international IT implementations and worked directly with the end customer,
  • you can prove track record in successful software delivery with different project types: T&M, fixed price, managed service,
  • you experienced project management in both agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban, scaled: SAFe/SoS/LESS) and classic methodologies (Waterfall, iterations),
  • you are focused on making strong drive to create positive work environment, and ability to build high performing teams (30+ FTEs),
  • you have practical knowledge of SDLC,
  • you are result orientation personality and ease to motivate and empower teams and leaders,
  • you are fluent in written and spoken English.
