What will you do with us?

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies,
  • perform research and identify where the target talent exists, capturing and sharing learnings with the team,
  • brainstorm with the broader sourcing team in leveraging best practices across research techniques, Boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods,
  • create and compose compelling messaging that highlights the exciting challenges and incredible culture at Capgemini,
  • source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, events, etc.),
  • proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement,
  • develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

We are looking for you, if:

  • you have at least 2 years experience in technical sourcing, 
  • you have strong expertise in basic and advanced sourcing techniques especially in IT skills,
  • you are creative with the ability to think outside the box to uncover hidden talent,
  • you have the ability to build your own network of technology candidates, through LinkedIn network to stay in touch with these excellent candidates,
  • if you are proactive and problem solving, and you possess ability to take ownership of your own actions,
  • you have curiosity to explore, improve and learn new things,
  • you are fluent in Polish and English.
