We support our clients, using the knowledge, experience and engagement of our specialists. Our offices are located in Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk, but now we work in hybrid model (both from home and from office). Regarding to this fact, we are looking for specialists also in other cities, where Capgemini Polska has its headquarters (Kraków, Katowice, Warszawa). We realize projects from many different branches – from logistic, automotive, entertainment branch, to public, chemical or financial sectors. We are experts in many technologies, i. a. Java, Cloud, .NET, React or testing. We do not stay in one place, we keep on learning and we stay open for innovations. Our specialists deal with:


  • designing, creating, testing and implementing individual IT solutions based on technologies and frameworks such as: Java, JavaScript, Spring, C/C ++, Hibernate, .NET, database platforms (including Oracle), PHP, Guidewire, Business Intelligence (among others IBM Cognos, SAP Business Objects, Informatica, QlikView, Microsoft BI) and mobile technologies (including Android, iOS);
  • architecture of complex IT systems - designing advanced enterprise class solutions and business consulting for many industries;
  • building continuous integration and continuous delivery environment for the needs of projects being implemented in our unit, using i.e. Jenkins, TeamCity, Maven, Gradle, Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Git, SVN, OpenShift, AWS, Azure;
  • IT project management based on agile and classic methodologies;
  • creating applications and IT systems based on XR technologies (AR, VR, MR);
  • designing, creating and implementing new IT solutions in the SAP area;
  • implementation of web development solutions based on modern technologies, such as: Angular, React, Responsive Design, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JavaScript, Selenium, Servlets, Web Services;
  • designing and conducting projects in the user experience methodology and researching users' needs, as well as moderating Design Thinking and Design Sprint workshops;
  • BigData area and implementation of solutions based on Spark, Hadoop, Cassandra.
