
Recruitment Process
Read the stages of the recruitment process
1. Online application
If you are interested in working at Capgemini Software in Wrocław/ Poznań/ Gdańsk, you should send us your CV. At this point you can include important information, which will distinguish you from other candidates. Don’t forget to state the level of your language skills.
You can send your CV in German or in English via application form or send it directly to the recruitment email address.

2. Phone call
Your application will be verified by the recruitment team. If your profile meets the current recruitment requirements, you will be asked to participate in a 20-minutes phone call to assess your language skills (German or/and English).
Within one week after the interview you will receive information about your application status and possible participation in the next stage of the recruitment process.

3. Technical phone call
For some positions the recruitment team may plan for you a half-hour phone call with our technical expert or manager, who will ask you about your specific professional experience, related to job-specific technologies.

4. Job interview
The next step is a recruitment interview (online/onsite), during which we would like to get the information about your professional experience and verify your skills. During this stage we will also tell you more about the company, the culture of the whole organization as well as your responsibilities and challenges, which you may face at work.

5. Job offer
In a few days after the last step of the process we shall contact you to pass the feedback after the job interview. If the result is positive and you accept conditions of employment, we will invite you to a meet-ing to sign an employment contract.
