Project Manager (with German)

We work in a hybrid model! Recruitment process for this position is conducted online.

Software Center is a part of Capgemini Group.

We support our clients, using the knowledge, experience, and engagement of our specialists. Our offices are located in Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk. We realize projects from many branches – from logistics, automotive, entertainment branch, to public and chemical. We are experts in many technologies, i.e., Java, Cloud, .NET, React or testing.

Your future tasks:

• managing international agile and waterfall software development projects,
• team management and supporting team members in their development,
• cooperation with department managers, participation in recruitment, shaping and taking responsibility of internal processes.

Our requirements:

• 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects;
• 3 years of experience in people management (including periodic evaluations, development plans, recruitment, etc.);
• good understanding of the principles and processes related to software development;
• good knowledge of English and German at least at the basic level (if you have not spoken German for many years and you do not feel confident, you will refresh it during an intensive language course).
